Here's some more info about the forest and plains dwarves. I was going to make the mountain dwarves the most isolated but these might have won the prize! :D Any suggestions about them?

The Forest and Plains Dwarves
After the major split in the dwarf races, the forest and plains dwarves were the first to leave the original home of the dwarves. They fled to the forests of Culvinis and hid themselves from the world. Having been the scientists and inventors of the dwarves, rather than the builders, their creations quickly became renowned throughout the entire world of Enderion, and yet they managed to keep out of world politics.

When Srugoz overran their nation in the Great War, the dwarves retreated to the halls of the River Dwarves. With all of their creations and crops destroyed, the Forest dwarves lost a lot of hope, yet still continued their faith in the Creator.

The Forest and Plains Dwarves were very unorganized, and had no political structure. Everyone was divided into families, and the head of each family is the supreme head of his household, able to give any order. There is no central government but occasionally different heads of families will join together to make decisions. In times of war or emergency the heads will all join together to make decisions.

The economy of the Forest and Plains dwarves is very self-sufficient. Trade with the outside world is at almost zero, and they rarely show their faces to others, even their fellow dwarves. Their large fields of crops seem to be blessed by the Creator, and crops are very important to the dwarves.

The only group in society which has had limited success in contacting the Forest dwarves has been fellow inventors and innovators, especially in the area of agriculture. Planters from Culvinis, Véhonas, and the Forest and Plain dwarves met once for a large agricultural convention, but an argument between the organizers prevented further meetings.

Zaciré meets a few Plains and Forests dwarves on his trek through the nation of the River dwarves, and found them very strange, yet equal to his level on science and intellect.
