Like I said before, I need to be developing my dwarf races more, so here's some stuff about the Mountain Dwarves. I'll try to develop these guys specifically a little bit more, but like I wrote, they are isolated and little is known about them

The Dwarves of the Mountain
The mountain dwarves are the most isolated of the dwarf races. They were the ones that began the split between the dwarf races, over an argument in ruling. As of such the mountain dwarves pulled into their mountains and resisted all contact with the outside world.

Their exceptional talent at building in stone and precious metals has made them almost undefeatable. Their strong walls and impregnable fortresses have closed off all contact with the outside world. In the final war they are persuaded by their dwarf cousins to enter the war for the Forces of Good.

Their government is very well organized, and different from the river dwarves substantially. A small ruling family has held power for generations in the nation. Power is divided between the six oldest male members of the family, and all have an equal say in how the country is run. In times of emergency power is consolidated between the two oldest members of the ruling family. It is possible to overthrow the ruling family, but it has only been accomplished two or three times in the history of the nation.

Little is known about these mysterious characters.
