The aderyns’ eyes are small and bird-like. The colour is a variation of the colour of the feathers. They have silver or gold-toned beaks. The aderyns’ faces and ears are that of birds. Their feathers can be yellow, purple, grey or blue. The aderyn are quite a bit larger than eagles, but similarly formed, with a peacock-like tail .

The aderyns’ speech is slow, and they prefer not to speak at all. When they do speak, it takes them a while to express their thoughts. Their movements are graceful, fluid, and extremely swift.

Aderyn are wise, swift and not easily offended. They are unassuming and shy

Aderyn like flight, birds, and red. They dislike walking, deer, and green.

Rue is beneficial for their health. Anthrax can be damaging and/or lethal.

Aderyn can be subdivided into four sub-races: math, science, history, and languages. I won’t get into them now, but if you’re interested…maybe in the future!

The things I have outlined here are what is usually the case. It is possible for aderyn to differ from this description. Those who do are either adored or shunned. If you have any questions about why I made them a certain way, ask away! It will help me to solidify them.

Um, how do they fly with a peacock tail? Do each of the sub-races instinctively know some of there subject. Because it seems far-fetched that they would already know some history.

It seemed like something little birds wouldn't like, so I applied it to the aderyn.



Green is the opposite of red on the colour wheel.

Yes, they instinctively know much of their subject. They know enough to teach non-aderyn immediately, but not much compared to other aderyn.
