Okay, I whipped this out pretty quickly (essence-mapping wise, for me at least), and have never done essence on a place before--I'm sure it's incomplete (there's no way I could ever finish it), but what are your thoughts on it? What's something I could have better represented, is there something I left out? Any kind of feedback would be appreciated. Water: - Appearance - Beautiful - a piece of an otherworld - endless - a mirror with some deformities - green/blue glass - Cleanliness - a country virgin in a plain dress - a solid, unflawed, diamond - Depth - cruel--awaiting a victim - majestic--indiscernible - friendly--enticing - Size: - majestical--confidence - unbreachable Viewed from a distance: - Dimensions - sprawling--a blanket nestling between boulders - When the sun comes out after a rain - a paradise shrouded in mist Lake -- God’s ink puddled in a forest of mountains and trees |

I like it, Wolf! Especially how you managed to capture the seemingly friendliness of the depth, but also the darker, enticing side. |

Yes, to me water is scary since I can't swim, but it's so...enticing is the only way I can think to say it. So that was even more so with this lake since I like it so much. I'm glad you like it. *needs to get back into essence mapping*
