I wasn't sure where to put this thread.
I was reading the other day, and I found an article on good literature. I found it interesting, a couple of things to keep in mind, so I'll just leave a link for you.

This is a really great question. While we're to strive to be as much like Christ as we can (knowing that we're not going to get all the way there in this lifetime), we have to remember that we're not yet perfect - we'll still make mistakes, we'll still slip up... And more importantly, so will other Christians. Fortunately, we serve a loving God who's willing to forgive us our trespasses as well as our mistakes. :D

This sounds like a post that would be great for Village Lore. Moving it :)

That is an excellent article, thanks for sharing.

It's an interesting alternative to showing Christ in our novels through blatant preaching, which can often (always?) turn people off. I also agree that portraying Christ through our novels is, or should be our #1 priority. Thanks for sharing :)
