This is a good-old-fashioned-Arthurian-knights-and-romance-bouhaha tale. I require your input. The story would include much whit and some fine illustrations.

"A village is tormented by a dragon whose snoring keeps the townsfolk awake at night. A knight is called to slay the beast, but he has reserves because it's not for treasure or glory. He asks if a maiden would be willing to get herself captured so he could save her. They pick the ugliest one. She goes to the lair and the dragon is so repulsed by her it flies away. The end. Now I need a moral..."

I just thought of this about ten minutes ago. Still in the development stage.
So...hmmm?...

Unconventional tactics are far more effective in combating an enemy, when used correctly, than conventional?

That's the most academic answer thus far. My colleagues offered things like, "Ugly women are useful," or my personal favorite "It was her inner-beauty that so repulsed the dragon!"
