Narnia reference! *claps*

*cough* I mean, nice ones, Elizabeth. :D

His heart echoed through the forest.

She did not feel the pain.

A life traded for a life.

The final heart beat at last.

He fell from a great height.

Her cries shall remain unanswered forever.

Her eyes; the last, fleeting hope.

Life was but a step away.

Daydreams take me far, far away.

One girl. One horse. First place.

The girl doth wander from home.

Soon, all shall see the truth.

One life has ended, another begun.

Girl travels to willow tree alone.

Love has no limits of loving.

Sui, it is always - always! - a good exercise to try and condense your stories into smaller and smaller formats. That's how loglines are written. So condensing your drabble into 6 words, even if you like the longer version better, is a very good thing to try.

I'm going to Grandmother's house today!

The clock was just striking thirteen.

Here's some I thought up a few days ago (the last two don't really go with the rest):

The silence before them was deafening.

Brass trumpets sounded. The war began.

Two enemies fought savagely for victory.

The battlefield was a devastating sight.

"It's all your fault!" He accused.

His words cut like a knife.

Loglines are a single line that describes your entire plot. Methinks... Could me more detailed than that.

*laughs* That's funny, Sui. :D

The magic pen sketched a life.

The dream was far too real.

The beautiful rainbow became a highway.

Reminds me of a short story called the Circular Ruins, where a man dreamed another man and gave him life, and sent him away, and then realized that he too was being dreamed.

 Why has't I not read this story yet?

@DairyMaid I'd suggest changing "live" to "lived".

Here are some six word animal stories:

The wingless bird bore the message.

The adopted dog won the war.

The snake’s bite saved his life.

Now I want to design a breed of snakes whose venom can heal diseases instead of inflict them... a premise for Erde, perhaps?

And with that; fat purple butterflies! (ok... maybe that isn't a good one?)

He won happiness? Nay; but death.

To live she had to die.

Thus the darkness came once again.

Years undone in just an hour.

"I died yesterday." the man said.

This time we will not survive.

I come back, unchained. (that was four?)

I come back to you, unchained. (6 word version!)

Once upon a... the book ends! :dieshappy:

Death holds no power on me.

They got in; Hope is gone.

I'm flying! Oh wait! Woops! *thud*

The man fell into the abyss (that one was for you Jay)

Thus peace was restored to earth.

Everyone died; but not the antagonist.

He regained the knife! We're doomed...

I'm not sure about that grammatical error, Nathan. It's a sentence all on its own, so I think a period would be best....then again, I'm not a comma nazi.

The song gave life, ending death.

Kind words can break prideful bones.

Do not underestimate the weak's strength.

It was a worthless sacrifice. (Are they allowed to be five?)

Doomed to die as her parents.

I am protected by being inslaved.

They say pictures speak a thousand words? Well 6 words can say quite a lot of words too!

I love this one. :D

Typically they are all supposed to be six words, Sven. :D

The flames held power over him.

That one for my drabble. ;)

Thou art far too clever. :D

She gave her life, yet lived.

The tombstone refreshed memories of history.

The cross was all he carried.

You could probably spend the rest of your life just writing books with that premise. ;)

Lo! I it was a worthless sacrifice (I added lo! See! :D )

Stuck forever; that day happened again.

Slow deaths, by angry forked tongues.

Her heart...a blessing and curse. (In the literal sense that would make an awesome Sci-Fi story...in the emotional sense..it could work either way. ;) )

The wrong actions for right reasons.

She thought she was doing good.

Villains may do their own good.

Thus both sides may seem correct.

But there is only one good.
