How about:

Quote:
Remove spaghetti from his glasses. Now!

Bob knew the pie wasn't magical.
(But he ate it anyways... :D)

Bethy's pies are magical and delicious!

 Were my pies summoned?

Hmm...how about...

The power he had was useless.

What he trusted was a lie.

He turned his back on Silvie.

She was told to love Marak.

Not all was lost...he thought.

Yeaaaah, I've been reading Ted Dekker books, carry on.

Yes, it's from Lunatic or Elyon in the Lost Book series. My favorite storyline yet! :dieshappy:

Okay, y'all - Philli wanted me to post this :) I was bored today, so I made some word art based off of her six word challenge. Let me know what you think:

Elanhil...

Eruheran, that looks great! :D It's amazing how twisting the words about like that adds to the mystery of the story. It would actually make an interesting book cover. :D

Woo! Finished the books! And...classic Narnia ending, everybody "dies". ;) Anyhow, more Hemingways! (These will be entirely un-related to the book.)

The sweet melody burned like fire.

Night was brighter than the day.

The truth was actually a lie.

To some, dreams can be reality.

Precious sleep was his only comfort.

Yup, all I got. Hehe, these are getting fun.

That's the most annoying thing...my spell checker doesn't like it when I speak in King James. It thinkeths my language falters. ;)

It also doesn't like Hebrew, Latin, Spanish, Italian, Maltese, Russian, Celtic, or Arabic. So at least it's equal and just.

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Works in progress:

The Diegosian Mark, 115,600 words (Preparing for Publication)
The Diegosian Rider, 121,400 words (Finished)
The Diegosian Warrior, 15,000 (In Progress)

Sorry...I'm...late...guys...

*gasps for breath after reading 27 pages of Hemingway's*

Wow, I was surprised no one got the Mon Calamari one. (though this is a fantasy forum not a sci-fi forum so I shouldn't be too surprised)

Here are my first Hemmingway's: (and notice they are fantasy based)

Arrow notched, he wheeled...then collapsed.

Dagger clenched. Dagger thrust. Heart pierced.

^And a variation of above^

Dagger clenched. Sweat dropped. Dagger thrust.

Most of this series of Hemmingway's can be used seperately, but put together, make a cut-scene from a favorite video game of mine. If you can guess the video game series, the specific video game in the series, and where this cut-scene takes place expect to be glomped. :D

Arrow shot, would have pierced him.

Out of no-where the hawk came.

The hawk grasped the deadly arrow.

Arrows whistled over and explosion shook.

The bridge he would fain cross.

Monsters pierced and monsters sent flying.

Four friends saved the hero's life.

So the hero could save Hyrule.

Hyrule... Hyrule... Zelda! Right?

Here's a six-word summary for a piece of flash fiction I have formulating in my head...

Cougar took bullet meant for her.

"Cougar" is placeholder until I figure out what kind of wild cat is regionally appropriate... And I haven't decided whether it's a "her" or "him" yet.

Some more:

I'm the leaping leprechaun of death!

Multitasking: the bane of my existence.

Squirrels: ninjas that take over worlds.

Evil mask cursed the 4 temples. (another attempt at a summury of Majora's Mask)

Contrary to what you might expect, if you know the context of the leprechaun Hemmingway it isn't dark at all. It's actually quite silly.
