Chayn: [Snarls and sharply turns upward, arcing up and over and attacking from above] Who said I am angry?

Me: uh, I think you're yelling at him did.

Terminus: * throws a large orb at Chayn, exploding it directly in front of her eyes * I didn't state that someone said you were angry. I merely noted that you are, in fact, angry.

Avneet: Out of curiousity...why isn't using his powers fatiguing him yet?

Me: Because they're slowly killing him anyways, so I took out the only-use-for-so-long rule.

Emuna: What?!

Me: Oh wait... Third book. You didn't read that.

Chayn: [Roars and flies backward, shaking her head] Oh that's it! You are so dead! [Flies forward, but brakes sharply and blows a gust of wind at Terminus]

Me: Take it easy.

Chayn: No!

Me: Just calm down. Terminus has a point, you're getting too angry. Save the rage for when it's really needed.

Terminus: * vanishes * My good dragon, your rage will only bring you folly in this fight. * reappears behind Chayn, away from the wind * Beware anger, for if you are angry, your pride shall suffer the consequences. * chuckles * Ironic how, what we typically use to defend our ego, can often times be the cause of it being harmed. * creates a bow and arrow in his hand, aims at Chayn's eye * * let's the arrow go, watching it fly at remarkably fast speeds and impeccably excellent aime *

Chayn: [Turns around, snarling. But when she turns the arrow strikes her eye. She roars in pain and lands heavily. She turns rapidly and swings her tail out quickly, and as she turns back around she spews poison, slashing with her claw as she turns] I will admit, I do struggle with my temper. But I will not tolerate being insulted! As no dragon should!

Terminus: I could have used worse words to describe you. * dodges poison, and gets scratched by claw on the stomach * * winces * * vanishes again *

Chayn: [Roars in frustration] Ha, you are being rather hypocritical, General. You accuse me of being a coward and going into hiding, when you yourself disappear. I must say I never expected you to stoop to such deeds, being the brave General that you are.

Me: Are you insulting him with flattery?

Chayn: No.

Terminus: * reappears behind Chayn * * grits teeth * Disapearing? But I am right behind you, dear Dragon.

Me: Oh! Termy! New power-killing-you development! If youn get angry, you die.

Terminus:

Avneet: Now that's just cruel...

Me: * shrugs * Such is life.

Chayn:[Swings tail rapidly in random directions] Ah, but you had to resort to disappearing first, which might mean that you are to fast enough on your own feet to run behind me, and you were afraid I would follow you.

Me: I think you talk more than you fight. Why are you insulting him, anyway? He shot your eye out!

Chayn: He did not shoot my eye out. He shot my eye, but it's still there. I'm just keeping up the conversation, is all.

Me: You're a horrible liar. I wish you luck in telling Shawn you're 'alright.'

Chayn: Thank you.

Terminus: * dodges tail swipes expertly * The point of a fight is to tactfully think through your opponent's next move and avoid it. Merely because I did not run behind you in hopes to avoid you catching me, therefore, avoiding your move, does not mean I was being a coward.

Chayn: [Slams tail into the ground and swipes it left and right, plowing up dirt and rocks as she gouges the ground.] I see. Forgive me for accusing you, then.

Terminus: * catches a few rocks in orbs and throws them at Chayn, but then looses his footing and falls * Hey! * glares at Me *

Me: What? You're not invincible... And even normal people fall.

Chayn: [Snarls and lashes her tail at the rocks, but some hit her scaly rump. She lunges forward and bring her foot down on Terminus, pinning him to the ground, she snarls, poison dripping her mouth]

Me: That's gross. You're drooling.

Chayn: Am not. I'm holding back the torrent that would come out. I just can't hold it all.

Me: You're still drooling.

Terminus: * glares * Are you going to eat me now?

Avneet: * yawns * Which I wouldn't recommended, Chayn, trash tastes terrible.

Terminus: Must she be in here?!

Me: Yep!

Chayn: [Opens mouth slightly] No. I've already tried eating you, little one. You don't taste very nice, and you don't digest well, anyways. [Curls talons around Terminus and lifts him up.] How do you feel about flying?

Terminus: * smiles * You're not a murderer, Chayn. Would you like to be a villain with blood on your han-err, claws?

Chayn: [Snarls] I do not kill someone for being a petty neusance. However. [Flips Terminus in the air and catches him on her back] That doesn't mean I can't have my fun with them. [Leaps into the air, roaring and spiraling]

Me: Don't make him sick!

Terminus: * hangs on tightly * You think you can scare me like this?

Chayn: No. If you became frightened because of flying. You would have bigger things to worry about. I'm not even at my top speed. [Loops upside down, then hurtles downward at an alarming speed]

Terminus: You would not crash yourself against anything deadly. As long as I hang on tightly to you, I am safe. * stays calm *

Chayn: [Laughter rumbles in her throat] Oh are you now? [Continues diving, then suddenly flips over on her back and lands hard] I don't crash into anything deadly. The ground, however, is not deadly. To me, anyway. [Wiggles a bit before slowly rolling over back onto her feet]

Terminus: * vanishes * * reappears in front of Chayn as she crashes on the ground * * breathes heavily * Do you wish to kill me, dragon? Because I would suggest you don't play with your prey or you give them more of a chance to escape.

Chayn: [Huffs and shakes herself, similar to a dog] I'm still toying the idea. [Swings her wing at Terminus and snaps at him]

Terminus: * stands still * If you want to kill me, then just kill me.

Me: * thwacks Termy * Oh, come on, just fight.

Terminus: * glares * You thwack like a little girl.

Me: Too bad I am a girl...and little.

Terminus:

Chayn: [Rolls her eyes] You are surrendering? For shame, General. What would your troops think of you? [Lifts and talon and scratches his neck slightly, but not enough to kill him.] I will not kill you, little one. It is almost Christmas.

Me:... ???

Chayn: [Ignores] But this cut is to remind you how close you came to being killed. I do not take insults lightly, and I will not hesitate to kill you should you do it again.

Me: Don't tempt him.

Chayn: [Ignores again. Backs up and arches her neck gracefully] Would you like to continue, sir? I am ready.

Terminus: I am not surrendering.

Me: Right. You're doing a tactical retreat...which is essentially, running away but manlier.

Terminus: (@Chayn) * winces at scratch * Continue? I don't think it would be very wise at this time. As one of us would have to loose life for me to be satisfied with the fight.

Me: Ever hear of a friendly fight?

Terminus: * ignores *

Me: * thwacks *

Terminus: * feels nothing *

Chayn: [Flares wings and snorts] Very well! Let us continue! [Spews poison out] I had assumed you were surrendering, as you allowed me the chance to kill you. But, if you are not finished, we will fight until you are satisfied.

Me: ... I can't tell if she's being friendly or patronizing. I love the tactical retreat comment. That's brilliant.

Terminus: * steps back from poison * I gave you a chance to kill me because, if it would satisfy you, I would die.

Me: You do realize you will not be able to undie, right?

Terminus: * glares *

Me: Hmm... Taking that as a no... (@Lady Aris) Thank'ee. 'Tis a quote from a TV show, which I've officially adopted.

Chayn: [Breathes poison gas] You are very sacrificial, General. But come, Let's make this a match to remember. Never give in, never give up!

Me: Cool. What TV show?

Terminus: * surrounds self in orb of fresh air * Sacrificial isn't exactly the word I would use, but if you wish to continue, very well. * braces self *

Chayn: [Smiles] It is entirely up to you, Terminus. I am able to fight more, if it pleases you. I'll even go easy on you.

Me: Oh, I'm sure he'd love that.

Chayn: [Ignores]

Me: Haha, cool. Thse penguins are awesome.

Terminus: * frowns * And why would I need you to fight me as if I am wounded? I do not need your pity!

Me: * shakes head * Temper, temper. * warns Termy *

Terminus: * glares at me * I really don't like your storylines.

Chayn: [Tilts her head] You simply seem tired. I apologize if I have offended you. [Blows a gust of wind at Terminus]

Me: Sorry for the long wait... I forgot to check this thread, it seems.

Terminus: * stumbles a bit but stays standing * I do not grow tired.

Chayn: [Nods head acknowledgingly] Of course not. [Swings tail at Terminus' feet while stretching out a wing to clip him on the head] That's for blinding me in one eye.

Terminus: * jumps up to avoid tail; gets hit by wing * * glares * You are not blinded permanently. The affects of the arrow will wear off in a few hours, and the arrow will disintegrate.

Chayn: I see. That's reassuring. [Swipes at Terminus with her claw]

Terminus: * crouches down, barely missing claw * * throws two orbs at Chayn's neck *

Chayn: [Avoids one, but gets hit by the other] Is that the only thing you know how to use? [Sprts liquid poison all over, followed by poison gas]

Terminus: No, but it works most effectively when fighting a dragon. * covers self in protective orb * Is spewing poison all you can do?

Chayn: [Snorts with amusement] No, I can also use this. [Slams tail into protective orb]

Me: Yeah... we're going to find out that wasn't a good idea, huh?

Chayn: Nonsense. Everything is a good idea until it has been proven wrong. Then it becomes a good idea that is strongly advised against.

Terminus: * winces * * orb melts away * * vanishes before the tail hits him *

Me: Typically, that would be a bad idea...but I think he's getting... * whispers * Tired.

Terminus: * appears in front Chayn * I do not tire! * creates bow and arrow, and shoots an arrow towards Chayn's forehead, near the temple *

Chayn: [Imitates a smirk, then lowers snout. Arrow strikes her scaled head, bouncing off] It's going to take more than a simple arrow to puncture scale, General.

Terminus: * glares * Do you think my arrows are made of simply wood and stone like the ones humans use?

Chayn: [Tilts head] Well, since I saw no indication of them being otherwise, I assumed at first they were. Have you objections?

Terminus: * starts to protest *

Me: * thwacks * No you don't.

Terminus: You are an unfair author.

Me: You are a villain... Since when do you even know the definition of "fair"?

Chayn: [Smiles and spreads out wings, then flaps hard, sending a powerful gust at Terminus while spewing poison gas] You villains always seem to be getting the worst of things.

Me: Way to go with angering him.

Terminus: * covers self in forcefield * The way I see things, it's the heroes which have us to contend with. I would think they have the worst of things.

Me: It's OK.

Chayn: [Slams tail into forcefield] True. You villains do give us a hard time. But in the end, you're the one who dies.
