Lars: * nods * "Yes, we live in Shawn's world. Where are you from? And what was that I've heard about a turkey incident?"

Me: "Aurgh!" * smacks Lars * "How did you hear about that?"

Lars: * looks up and grins * "Ask the dragon rider up there."

Jaimie: * plays with the end of Tynx's ear *

Arilledrae: (@Jay) I must learn how to lead, how to make wise choices for the benefit of my people, how to understand people and communicate effectively, and how to work within a council. I must also learn the knowledge and history of my people from ages past until now.

Jay: "Those are excellent skills to have in any profession."

Tynx: Cool! I live.... Um, on Earth? I'm not sure where I live, or where I'm going to live. In the story I was in, I first lived in an airship in space, then I lived on Earth.

Me: He's going through a bit of an identity crisis.

Tynx: Exactly! [Giggles as Jaimie plays with his ear] That tickles.

Chayn: [Swoops down low, flattening the grass with a beat of her wings]

Arilledrae: *smiles* And you? What do you do?

Me: * sighs *

Victoria: *peeps in* "I've missed a lot..."

Julliana: "Aren't you gonna try to catch up?"

Victoria: "Nope. But I am curious about this 'turkey incident.'"

Victoria: "Aside from that, are there any believers here?"

Prince Rialtor: "Or of me, for that matter!"

Arilledrae: (@Jay) It sounds like a very interesting and dangerous line of work.

Jay: "It is. I quite enjoy it."

Me: * smiles *

Shawn: "Can we go higher? I wish it would snow!"

Me: * headdesk *

Lars: "That would be chilly. Speaking of which, I'm hungry."

Me: "Stop it!"

Arilledrae: *laughs softly* And are you taking care of any "problems" at the moment? Or is that a secret?

Chayn: [Smiles faintly, climbing higher] Hope you're prepared for the cold.

Me: Chayn, careful.

Chayn: [Doesn't seem to hear]

Seymour: Or she's compeltely ignoring you.

Me: With the way you all treat me, I wouldn't be surprised.

Tynx: Oh, come on now. You know we all love you. We're just poking fun.

Me: And, that's supposed to help how?

Tynx: I dunno. [Looks at Lars and Victoria] The turkey incident was way back around last Thanksgiving. Shawn (the author) and Aris were in the chat room, and I and Shawn (the character) were in there too. Aris gave us a turkey for thanksgiving. But then Shawn and I found out it had had a baby! [Glares at me] So after Shawn and I freaked out about it, Aris explained that turkeys don't have babies, they lay eggs.

Me: Oh come on, you gotta admit it was funny!

Seymour: I don't think they have to admit anything.

Me: I'm not asking you.

Aelynn: [To the Prince and Prince Rialtor] Who are you speaking of? I'm a little confused.

Tynx: Seymour's a prince!

Me: I don't think Seymour's the kind of prince they're talking of.

Tynx: Oh.

Shawn: * shivers * "Ooh, look at the stars..."

Me: "Shawn."

Shawn: "Huh?" * is cold * "Thanks, Chayn. Can we dive fast now?!"

Jaimie: * buries a smile in Tynx's fur *

Chayn: With pleasure. [Glides slow for a moment, then tucks in wings and dives. Just a few feet before reaching the ground, she unfurls her wings, sending them spiraling back up]

Tynx: I think my fur got blown off.

Me: I am not a turkey murderer.

Tynx: Yes you are.

Me: Tynx!

Tynx: You are! You gave us a turkey!

Me: I am not!

Tynx: Are.

Seymour: Enough!

Tynx: It was awful...

Arilledrae: Ah. It is definitely a secret if you are not quite sure what it is. *watches Shawn and Chayn with a smile*

Chayton: *enters cautiously with raised sword, glances around, and beckons to the others* You can come in. It looks safe enough.

Ralia: I could have told you that. *peers around Chayton at the others and catches sight of his sword* Chayton, put that sword away! Didn't you see what Elanhil said? Just chat. No fights.

Chayton: I wasn't planning on a fight.

Ralia: Don't you think an unsheathed sword would be a welcome invitation for a duel? Please, sheath it.

Chayton: *sheaths sword hesitantly* And if they try something?

Me: They won't try anything, Chayton. You have my word as a Holy Worlder.

Dyami: *enters, towering heads and shoulders above everyone* If they try anything, Chayton have Dyami's permission to give black eye or two.

Ralia: *clears throat* Uh, hi, everyone! Please ignore them. They don't always have the best manners.

Chayton: For a good reason. Azzar could be...

Ralia: Azzar is not here and these nice people are not his minions. Relax, Chayton.

Dyami: Chayton rather face kitten then crowds.

Ralia: Yes, he's very fond of nicknaming people in his native tongue. Fellow characters meet...

Dyami: Dyami Shion. Hunter and guardian. Proud child of Shion. He give you proper Anakim greeting. *straightens and pounds a fist on his chest*

Prince Rialtor: "Of course you will. I am Prince Rialtor, ruler of the Light-bearing Kingdom, sworn enemy of of the Prince, and master of those traveling in the field." *bows* "How can I be of your service?"

Gloria: "I am Gloria Amber, follower of the Prince, traveler on the narrow path." *curtsies*

The Prince: "Dyami, Ralia, I have a gift for you." *produces two beautiful, sharp two-edged swords with lovely engravings*

Swords: *whispers as the Prince pulls them out*

The Prince: "These will aid you in whatever trial you may encounter. You may use them to attack, but their primary purposes are to defend and protect. I have not a sheath for them, but my mother, Spirit, does. You can only receive the sheath if you wish to meet her. She would love to come and give them to you. They are quite beautifully made."

Prince Rialtor: "Does he mean to send you out into battle already? He has only just met you!"

The Prince: *glares* "I did not say that."

Ralia: *shakes Julliana's hand* Hi! It's nice to meet you both.

Dyami: *eyes swords, looks at his spear, then back to the swords*

Ralia: *gives a small curtsy* Thank you for the offer, Your Highness. I've never owned a weapon. I find my place is best served beside those who are wounded as opposed to within an actual battle. But they are beautiful. May I have a closer look? Perhaps hold it?

Dyami: Blade no useful for the hunt. No good against wolf and kitten. Still, offer tempting. Dyami consider.

Arilledrae: Welcome, Ralia, Chayton and Dyami!

Me: I like Dyami.

Mordir: Of course you do.

Me: What's that supposed to mean?!

Mordir: Um, uh.... nothing?

Seymour: She'll bite your head off if you're not careful.

Mordir: No kidding.

Chayn: [Spins and twists, much like a roller coaster]

Me: Don't make her sick, Chayn!

Mordir: I doubt the little lass would care.

Tynx: She might.

Mordir: [Tries to ignore Tynx, and instead rubs the hilt of his sword]

Me: Easy.

Aelynn: [Waves to Ralia, Dyami, and Chayton] Hello!

Seymour: [Nods his head in greeting]

Me: Speechless, Seymour?

Seymour: [Glares]

Mordir: Why can't you get along with your characters?

Me: I don't know. You tell me.

Me: (@ Mordir) "She wouldn't."

Shawn: * grins hugely *

Jay: (@ Arilledrae) * chuckles * "That is very true." (@ Ralia, Dyami, and Chayton) "Welcome!" * impressed *

Jaimie: * smiles * "Hello."

Lars: "Nice to meet you. An... Anakim? What story are you from?" * fascinated *

Prince Rialtor: "I agree with you completely, lady Ralia. 'Tis an excellent thought. There is no need for a lovely and delicate lady such as yourself to fight in the horrifying work of war."

The Prince: "Lady Ralia, you fail to understand the beautiful power of this sword. 'Tis far more than a mere blade. You will want to hold on to it, for it bears much power. Whenever some conflict may come against you, you may use it bravely with no fear. It is not a gruesome weapon, but it can be a deadly one to those who are against me.

"Also, Spirit's sheath has immense power. When combined with my sword of defense, it's power ranges more than just in the battle field. You will use it to heal the sick and make the dead rise again.

"As for battle, well, everyone must fight in one sometime or another. When you face yours, you will have this to protect you."

*turns towards Dyami* "'Tis good use against wolf and kitten. 'Tis also good for snake and scorpion. Along with sheath, keeps poison away, and you always be provided for. Is very good for protection, and is very good tool to always keep with you. If it is with you, I am with you."

Prince Rialtor: "How can you possibly fit into a metal weapon? Will you give up all your power to live within a sword forever? Do not believe a word this thief says! He wishes to kidnap you and force you to fight in his army!"

Gloria: *watches on the side, still hugging Shawn*

Drew: Those are very nice swords.

Me: And a very interesting allegory that comes with them. ^.^

Ezekiel: *glares suspiciously at Prince Rialtor.*

*Stands awkwardly, not knowing what to do with herself*

Chayton: We like Dyami too, Lady Aris. *stares straight ahead, blinking and wondering what had possessed him to say that*

Dyami: (@ Lars) Dyami's part is small is story called Evenstar. He save life of Little Shilah twice though! When he first come to Anakim world, Little Shilah not know to fight kitten properly. *hoists his spear and grins* Spear keep hunter out of harm from tooth and claw. But Prince offer special sword good for killing wolf and kitten. Dyami accepts.

Ralia: Looks like you convinced Dyami, Your Highness. I've never been able to do that yet. Congratulations!

Dyami: Ralia should accept offer too. No listen to words of Inteus!

Ralia: *tries to cover a laugh but fails*

Chayton: Inteus?

Ralia: Dyami just gave Prince Rialtor a new nickname. Inteus means he who has no shame.

Ouskar: Nice to meet you people. Those aren't bad swords, but they are incompatible with my line of work.

Elanhil: **raises eyebrow** Watch it Ouskar... what is your line of work? I imagine I could best you.

Prince Rialtor: "Ooh! A rebellion, is it?! Well then, right at it then! I've been pining for some excitement in this other-wise dull thread..."

The Prince: "No! We must not have a rebellion! Do not listen to him!"

Prince Rialtor: "And, so you know, I fear not the Black Dragon, fore he serves me. So, let the rebellion commence!"

Gloria: *Stays near the Prince* "I shall then fight on the Prince's side to the death!"

Me: "I'm sorry, guys, but no fights allowed in here."

Prince Rialtor: "But we're rebelling, and as a rebellion, we go against the rules!" *un-sheaths sword*

Me: "My apologies. If the rebellion gets out of hand, please feel free to move those posts to a separate thread..." *glares at Prince Rialtor*

Ouskar: A gem carved with instructions to a scroll on how to find the sky gardens, but I had to go through the Barrow-Hills and Bellon to get it, so I'm on an indefinite vacation now. It's OUskar.
