Eliana: Oh, goodness it's getting boring in here. How shall we liven things up... Rory, help me.

Rory: At your service. Who else wants to plot mischief with us?

*Eliana and Rory head into a corner and start whispering*

Lajh: *springs up* what about mischief? *bounds over to Rory and Eliana*

Chayn: I didn't think about that. Is it hard to get the skull from the animal? After you kill it?

Tynx: *Presses his head into Tanner's hand, then jumps up on his shoulder* Tell me 'bout what your story is about!

Emeer: Mischief? *Ventures over*

Chayn: *Brings her tail around and pushes him back* Over my dead body.

Emeer: Why not? You can't boss me around.

Chayn: Not always, but sometimes when I think whatever you're about to do will get you into trouble.

Emeer: I promise it won't get me in trouble! *Pushes Chayn's tail away and trots over to Eliana, Rory, and Lajh*

Lajh: uh oh, Emeer's gone turncoat. He's promised we won't get into any trouble. *claps Emeer on the shoulder and whispers *Good thinking to make Chayn leave off... and you raised the stakes a bit! Now we can't get caught. *grins*

Kaida: Nope, just lop it's head off and burn it's brains out; unless the pyrausta want to eat them.

Tanner: My story?

Emeer: *Blinks* I did?

Chayn: *Nods* Are they hard to hunt?

Tynx: Uh... Why you went to Lor-Amar!

Kaida: Not especially. They smell me coming and fancy themselves superior.

Tanner: Well, I thought I had gone crazy, so I just sort of went with it... I'm not really sure why I'm there.

Chayn: Ah, so their pride is their downfall. What do they taste like?

Tynx: *Nods* Being crazy is okay sometimes. Is it fun so far? Being there?

Kaida: Have you ever tasted bear?

Tanner: Yeah, it's pretty great. It's strange getting used to it all, but it's pretty cool.

Lajh: Ssh, ssh, keep your voice down! Now, here's what we're going to do, my noble comrades-in-crime, now that our team is assembled--

Me: what have you been watching?

Lajh: *pointedly ignores me* --now that our team is assembled, we have to go about this in an orderly fashion. First: the diversion. Who'll that be? --somebody else pick because I'm used to only two in a strike like this. Now that there's more, this has got too be big.

Rory: *in Legolas voice* A diversion.

Eliana: I could be it! Where do you want me to divert them?

Rory: Umm.. question. Do you have a plan for what we are trying to do?

Chayn: Mmm, I don't think I have...

Tynx: *Nods* What's been your favorite part?

Emeer: Sorry! *Listens* Who are we diverting?

Kaida: Well, then I suppose it's easiest to say that they taste like a mix of mutton and boar.

Tanner: Hmm... The food is really good.

Chayn: Mmm. They sound tasty... How often are you able to find them?

Tynx: Food is good. Is it very different from Earth-food?

Eliana: Mmm, good question, Emeer. Who needs to be enlivened the most? *peers at group* Yep. Pretty much everyone here. Alace and Timothy are drawing... meh. Iliren is reading- well that's interesting for him, but yes he could use some excitement. And Kaida, Chayn, Tanner, and Tynx are chatting boringly. (Then you have the royalty and assassins and such who aren't here, I believe) Yes, we need to divert them all.

Rory: Do you have any plans on how to do that, though?

Eliana: Umm... Lajh, Emeer? I'll try to think...

Kaida: A go and bait a new one every month or so, once the supply has run down a little.

Tanner: Oh yeah. Everything is cooked over a fire there. At home he had all sorts of machines for making and cooking food.

Lajh: it's a dour situation, indeed...

Alace: dragons aren't hard after you practice a while...*offers Timothy paper*

Lajh: hey, I've got an idea, but we'll need to find some stuff first. Anybody up for that?

Timothy: What should I draw?

Emeer: *Grins* I'm for anything and diverting anyone.

Chayn: You bait them? Like in traps?

Tynx: That must take an awful long time if you just have fires.

Kaida: Not exactly. I get their attention and they try to eat me. Then I kill them.

Tanner: I dunno, it seems to go quickly enough. Melany knows what she's doing better than I do though.

Lajh: really, Emeer? perfect...

Alace: you can draw anything! *begins roughly sketching a person next to a long series of ovals*

Rory: I'm up for information gathering too! What's the plan? What information do we need?

Emeer: *Lifts an eyebrow, but grins* What'd you have in mind?

Chayn: Seems rather dangerous... Do you hunt alone?

Tynx: Melany's the girl who is good at healing people, right? Does she make good food?

Timothy: *tries to figure out how to hold the pen* *scrawls a shaky looking oval on the paper* Your pen works better than mine.

Kaida: Usually there is someone in earshot when I need the carcass hauled back to camp, but yes.

Tanner: Yeah, she's a doctor. She does. She works with all of the food we eat and it's really good.

Chayn: What if you get hurt? I know you are quite capable on your own, but on the off chance...?

Tynx: Yum. What's your favorite meal she's made?

Kaida: *holds out her burned, bitten, slashed, scourged, and scarred arm* I manage.

Tanner: The fish was really good... But then we had bacon and mushrooms and things on toast. That was great.

Chayn: *Emits a rumble in dismay* *Sniffs Kaida's arm* Just barely, by the look of it.

Tynx: Oooh, that sounds yummy. Have you had any sweet stuff?

Kaida: *smirks* It's worth it.

Tanner: Not yet. I've only been there a few days though.

Chayn: Is it? Almost dying?

Tynx: Oh. What did you think when you met the dragons and stuff?

Kaida: That isn't almost dying... just some scrapes I've gotten into over the years.

Tanner: Mostly just *gives a low whistle*

Chayn: *Nods* You should balance out the injuries between your arms. Anymore of that and you may lose that one.

Tynx: *Ears prick up at the sound* What was it like riding one? Or have you done that yet?

Kaida: Oh, it's balanced. *shows her other arm as well as the edge of her leg*

Tanner: I did ride one. I guess it was a bit bumpy, but I passed out after take-off because the air is too thin.

Eliana: Lajh? Where did you go? Oh, well, I'll just have to think something up... What makes boring people interesting? We should probably avoid action that involves swords and weapons... Hmm...

Eliana: This place is exceedingly boring. How dare we let an April Fool's pass without some excitement! Dump the confetti! Bring in the musicians!

*Confetti and musicians appear*

Eliana: Hmm... Let the tables be covered with refreshments!

*Refreshments on tables*

Eliana: *Sneaky laugh* This will be fun...

Eliana: *looks around General Conversations* Where are all the peoples? Have they been abducted? Rory, help me find them! Rorian! Rory, where are you? Where is everyone???

Terrwyn: *pokes her head in*

Eliana: Yep. It probably is the same here. We're in a place called General Conversations. We're supposed to talk here, but people have mostly been sitting around being... boring. But now you and some other new peoples are here. Hopefully that'll liven things up.
