I have a character who portrays Jesus in my book and I really want to capture his manner of speaking, attitude toward others and villians, how he acts in general (of course) ect. other than of course working off the Bible; are there any notes that you could help me capture the son of the king character?

Note: he does not act princely he was brought up in one of the shabbyiest of towns and is one of the most looked down upon species in the world; so not snotty or anything like that, not ultra regal but ever so slightly regal if you understand what I'm saying in this not thing.

Sort of a mixture of both, I'd like him to be as close as he can be.

Read the Gospel of John over and over and over and over again. That is the best thing you could ever do.
