I have found a contest that combines them both. Stories must be science fiction or fantasy, and cannot be more than 140 characters in length.

Those of you who don't have twitter, you can e-mail them as well. They even allow them to be mailed in!

Ah, good ol' twitfic! There are entire accounts dedicated to twific. Thank you for letting us know about the contest. I'm not sure if I'll enter or not, but from the dates I've plenty of time to decide and work on submissions. :D
