"Metaphors delegate the description that it encloses to a general aspect or facet of the essence. Examples are: body, soul, spirit, mind, that which is immediately apparent, that which is just under the surface, that which is deepest in a thing, a span of time, etc."

The syntax of a Metaphor is this: identifier { content }

If you have any questions or ideas for Metaphors, please post them!

Huh?

Metaphors, if this is the same as you're talking about, are comparisons. Like "The dove was white like fresh snow". Or that could be a simile :P One of them you use "like" or "as", and the other you don't. I get them mixed up sometimes, though.

Other than that, I have no idea what you just said. :P

This whole reply is proof of my bad grammar XD
I'm not sure which person I'm talking to, when I read over this :P

A metaphor, in the context of an essence, is still the same thing as it would be anywhere else, except that it is very well developed. It is an advanced metaphor. Very complex.

By the way, similes use 'lie' or 'as.' Metaphors do not. :)
