Iri: *hops up on the rim of the fountain and yells quite unnecessarily into a megaphone* All right! Everybody listen up!
*various characters begin to gather in the fountain square, mumbling in curiosity*
Iri: I know you're not all Dragonriders (unfortunately) but for today... *grumbles for a moment before going on* there seem to be enough dragons around for you to be...honorary...Riders. So! *claps hands* It's time for a little vandalism.

Bracken hops down off Matty, waves around with great excitement as he watches all the celebrations, and then goes in search of something to write with.
He picks up large can of green paint, and writes Bracken on the door leading to The Fireside.
He then whistles nonchalantly, as he walks away, ducking back into the Celebrations room, leaving footprints of green paint all around the corridors.

Milly comes crashing through the door, tripping over the hem of her skirt and sprawling all over the floor. She untangles herself from the various leather straps hanging around her neck and carrying their various respective pouches, and selects a glowing phial from one. Pulling out the cork, she sprinkles the pulsing contents and smiles as they rearrange themselves on the floor in one glowing, pulsing word: MILLY.
