Ha. Now every time Dieki makes an update or someone has a question we can put it all in one thread. :D

Currently I have a request about the new pop up box feature... it's very handy, except when it's out of date. Is there any way we can affix a date and time to it?

For artwork you can use the embed feature...

I'm going to make summoning bubbles disappear if the summon-er leaves chat before the summoned sees them; that should eliminate most of the concerns with people jumping into chat hours after they've been called. :D

I believe this is out of scope for the present chat. There are alternate solutions, however; Imgur works for images, Dropbox for general files. :)

There are some unresolved issues with that, I'm still working on it. :)

I've had the whole list just up and disappear after a summon...

Also, is there any method to the madness with the online list to the right? It seems to be entirely random... 0.o

The "Pencil" icon has been replaced with a "Quill" icon, to better match the Fantasy theme. (Thanks Vilisse!)

It's sorted by userID, which roughly corresponds to date of signup. Someday it'll probably sort alphabetically, but not today. :)

One other thing...with the old Private Chatting I could talk to two people in private...granted, this wasn't always private, but now I can only talk to one person at a time. Solution?

Nice. Would it be possible to make private chats able to be minimized? As it is now, if there is more than one private chat, it blocks the regular chat.

It's planned, but I haven't done it yet.

Would you like to add a complete list of sound cues to the end of that, Reiyen? That would be cool. :cool:

Neither the disable notifications or the disable sounds button is working for me. I thought at first it just wasn't working yet, but it appears to be working for others, so any idea why I'm having this issue?

I also am having difficulties with the "disable notifications" button. The sword sound stops if I have also pressed the "Disable Sounds" button but the disable notifications box does nothing.

Actually, the "Disable Notifications" checkbox refers to the Google Chrome desktop notifications, and shouldn't even be visible to Firefox users. I'll look into why you can see it anyway. :?

This is more of an issue with the Chat Log...

I can't (nor can Sui or Crash) see any chats during June and before... We can click on months and dates, but the actual chats do not show up :? We can see the chats from July just fine though...

Anywho, I know you're not normally on tomorrow/today/Sunday, and I figured I might forget by Monday ;) So this is a reminder for both of us? *shrugs*

I think it only shows chats that are after the new chat system was installed.

That is correct, it doesn't show chats from the old chatroom yet. :)

Summons now disappear when the summon-er leaves chat. :)

No more following a summons only to find an empty chatroom! :D

Sometimes when I'm private chatting in the chat room I get 5 sometimes more of the same message liks it's duplicating what the other person is typing a few times. Today I got the exact same 5 PMs in my inbox off someone, is this linked to what's happening in the chat room and does anyone know why it is happening? :) Thanks!

I wondered if J.Lakewood could possibly make the cursor appear inside the italic and bold code boxes in chat like it does in forum posts. As in: When you're posting in the forum, you click the little button that says i and you get a code box for italic in your post, right? The cursor is inside it and then you can go on typing. In chat, after you click the i button the cursor isn't in the text box at all anymore. It's quite annoying.
