We are the HW Development Team. This team was created to replace the Ringsmith by dividing his duties up among many forum team members.

What is this forum for?
Anything related to the technical running of the forum. If you have a bug to report, let us know. If something appears to be glitching, let us know. If you have any questions about how the forum works, this is the place.

What doesn't go in this forum?
Anything related to the rules, policies, announcements or events should go in our sister forum "Official Chatter." Those are questions that need to be answer by the forum team, not the development team.

Are there any special protocols for this forum?
Yes, there are. This forum also exists as a check list for the dev team to know what needs to be taken care of next, so we want to keep it very tidy. There are several FAQ threads for explaining how features work. You are welcome to comment on those to ask questions, and Hannah Marie will answer your question and update the FAQ. However, in order to prevent a buildup of comments on the thread your question will be deleted once the issue has been resolved.

How do I know if a bug has already been reported?
Check our stickied thread "Known Issues" and see if your problem is listed there. If it is you can go the the relevant thread, if it exists, and see if you have any new information to contribute. Please note that it may take a long time for your particular issue to be addressed, depending on the availability of the team members and the difficulty of the problem.
