Post subject:  Game Of Thrones
I have never been a big Game of Thrones fan. I couldn't get into it because for me there was a lot of 'adult' content and I'm not massively good with too much gore and violence. I don't mind some, but when I tried GoT I found it too graphic for me.

However, I tried season 7 and really enjoyed it. It was very different from the feel of the rest of the series. I watched a quick 'catch-up' video I found online that did a quick overview of the entire series, so I wasn't completely confused about what was happening. The dragons were amazing, stunning and absolutely brilliantly done!
I am rather puzzled as to how everything that happened can be tied up in one last season (I heard that season 8 is the last). Has anyone else seen Game of Thrones, and what did you think of this last season?

I dropped the first book at about the halfway point and I only made it through a handful of the first season's episodes. So no opinion, sorry. But I did read an interesting article the other day here.

I've been told I need to watch some of this (and Man in High Castle) for research for Peter's Angel... But I haven't gotten there yet. :rofl:
