...this isn't exactly for a story - although I WILL use it for a story given my typewriter is also used for research in how one of my characters does his work - but... I need some help and don't have the time to do all of the research.

I have a fifties/sixties Sears Tower Citation Typewriter, and my ribbon is REALLY starting to wear out. I've been rewinding it on the spools, but now the keys are actually punching through the ribbon and...yeah. I need a new one.

The thing is that I can't order one offline so....does my typewriter use an universal ribbon? What sort of ribbon does it use?
