So... I've been thinking... Would a valloian have any need for beasts of burden? Also, considering the geography of Dorimay, farming isn't exactly an option which raises another question, how does one grow crops to feed a nation? A good tip to bring up is that

The skreeks however are wingless for the majority and have a need for some sort of steed. I was thinking of using a type of bear, like the grizzy that live in abundance in the northern tundra of Yana'ra. An important detail to note is that most skreeks are born without wings and the ones that do are usually warriors that defend the country, leaving the ground-bound peasants to do the farming. Also, they have a domesticated version of the mountain tiger, which acts as a bloodhound when tracking caribou. The bears aren't as... willing to hunt it down without eating the whole thing first. :P

Now I'm kinda debating if bears are such a good idea...

It looks like you left something off of the first paragraph, I'd like to help you think about the problem if you still haven't thought of a solution, but I don't think I know what it is due to aforementioned missing text. ;)

Oh. Oops. Sometimes pressing enter and then delete by accident is something I do. Dx

But I do think that some of the Skreeks, the ones that live in the valleylands, will ride bears. Others, like in my Rayo Plains thread (viewtopic.php?f=140&t=6271), ride the thunderbirds. Another tribe has the ability to fly and do not have something of the sort. They have red pandas. One last tribe has the yacavrop, a mountain tiger. (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=5299) These are the tribe's bonding animals, each of them having that one animal special to that tribe to bond with as a partner.

So you've got it figured out then, right? Cool! I like how you have animal relationships for them. ^_^
