There are six organized countries in Asroko (the northernmost parts of Asroko being wilderness inhabited by a few clans, but having no actual government). That being said, here are the royal standards from the said six countries.
I'll explain them in a clockwise order.
Veldskhon - The Veldskhonian flag represents the smiths of Veldskhon. You see, it is a country made of metalworkers and jewellers, and so their flag has a hammer on it. If you look closely, there is a landscape of darker red, which creates a smoking mountain. That represents their smelting furnaces, which they carve out of the mountains.
The rhyme that Thamaltan boys learn for the Veldskhonian flag is this:
Hammer and red - safe is your bed. This is to remind them that Veldskhon has always been an ally of Thamaltis, and one can sleep safely in Veldskhon.
Mainoshet - The flag of Mainoshet represents King Dannon's crown, of which they have custody. They are proud of this, because King Dannon was the last king to rule over Thalmain (pronounced THAL-my-EEN), before it was split into Thamaltis and Mainoshet.
The rhyme for Mainoshet's flag is:
King's crown, friendship's down. This signifies the strain on Thamaltis and Mainoshet's relationship, which has existed, sadly, since nearly the time when the two countries where split.
Ameantor - The bloody snake is Ameantor's symbol, signifying their cunning and prowess in battle. The head is triangular on purpose, as signifying that it is a poisonous snake.
The Ameantor rhyme is:
Yellow and red, a fellow's soon dead.By which they mean that Ameantor is a dangerous enemy, and not to be trusted...which is usually the case.
Alandith - Ah, the Lion of Asroko! That is what the Alandithians are called, both for their fair hair, and their enormous size and strength. Thus, their flag is a lion. I fear my rendition of their flag is poor indeed.

Their rhyme is this:
With orange and green, kindness is seen. This arises from the fact that they are generally a kind race (though among the lower classes crime is rampant), and welcome Thamaltans.
Thamaltis - The Thamaltan flag is a field of stars. I blobbed the white stars in Paint so you could see them easier. You may notice that the white stars form the constellation known as Ashmantael (see my thread on astronomy for Ashmantael's story). He is their symbol, because He is Christ.
The Thamaltan's rhyme is:
In fields of stars, most Christians are. This is because Thamaltis is basically the hub of Christianity.
Canatia - The Canatians are the only people in Asroko who have a split flag. This is likely because they originated on the westernmost part of Isia, where split flags are common. No one knows why their flag is black and red, but this is their rhyme:
With red and black, thou watch thy back! This is said because of the general treacherous nature of the country. A fellow may befriend you to your face, but that does not mean you are safe with him.
If anyone would like to make a more realistic picture of these flags, their more than welcome to!
