This is a green plant that at full height is normally from one to three feet tall. The pharmaceuticals in the plant are very strong and lethal if taken in high doses, so it is best to avoid feeding to cattle for meal. When dead, and at night, the plant goes back into the ground, avoiding predators, and soaking up more of the wet soil. Tistine can be made into tea, with 3-4 tea leaves for 20 minutes, or inhaled by powder. The plant heals Jiejeemus and Yedliel. The plants have small glands in their leaves that produce an adhesive when it returns to the ground. The dirt and soil around the plant sticks to the leaves, and protects it from other plants which grows nearby because of the fertilizing oils the plant releases into the ground around it when it comes from it's seed. Most of the time the Hgitsel bush is attracted to the oils and... walks it's way (See the Hgitsel bush for more information). The Hgitsel bush rubs it's vines around other plants and sucks the water and minerals from their vascular system... the protecting layer of dirt shields the Tistine weed from this water thief. They are truly amazing plants. |
